CAP 2026 – Career Accelerator Programme at ISSM Business School

On July 25, 2026, ISSM Business School hosted the Career Accelerator Programme (CAP). ISSM Business School in Chennai has created a unique programme known as CAP 2026. The program’s primary objective is to facilitate direct connections between students and industry human resource mentors.

After the unprecedented success of 2025-2026, the CAP Programme has returned with renewed vitality and energy to help students gain exposure to industry mentors even before they secure employment.

All of our MBA students at ISSM are required to undergo comprehensive training that covers all departments to be able to handle the work responsibilities that they will be assigned before they are placed. In addition to this, ISSM asserts that it is among the best MBA colleges in Chennai, boasting a placement record of one hundred per cent on a constant basis.

This year’s CAP 2026 featured the participation of highly qualified and respected human resource managers from over 120 different brands, which honoured ISSM. From the moment our students begin their education until the moment they are put in their jobs, these human resources managers accompany them on their journey.

Each human resource managers mentor approximately two to three students.The direct connection with human resources gives students real-time knowledge, skills, and career coaching to help them flourish in placements. We believe that the duty of a business school does not limit itself to merely providing students with an MBA degree and securing employment for them. As a fresher, however We aim to assist students in successfully navigating their corporate roles.

Our Managing Director, Mrs Dr.Parkavi Mahalingam, as well as our Placement Head and Corporate Relations Head, Mr Babu Thomas, were also there. Dinesh Kumar, who is our  finance and administration head, was present at the ceremony along with ISSM faculty members, ISSM administration staff, and students from ISSM business school were also present at the event.
